When French Tree of Jesse single lancet stained glass windows were made

I am confusing myself and almost certainly anyone reading this about the order the French single lancet Jesse Tree windows were constructed.  I have tended to skip around based on themes and color and those windows that are my personal favorites.  Yet, I want to present something that approaches a chronological history of the Jesse Tree windows.  I realize that often the dates of construction are only estimates so that my list could be rearranged by someone far more expert than I am in the dating of these window. Therefore, before I continue with pictures and comments, I thought it would be helpful to make a table of the 14 windows that I have or will discuss.
